A new condition joining workplace depression and career burnout as a factor impacting employee productivity.
The slow economy and weak job market have created a variety of social and economic challenges. The negative consequences of these external market conditions have impacted the workplace in the form of depression and burnout. The costs of depression are well known in terms of lost employee productivity and burnout has similar consequences affecting employee engagement.
