The South Bay Organizational Development Network (SBODN) is an informal forum focused on making a difference in how organizations and the people in them survive and thrive.

SBODN offers monthly programs in the San Jose Area for OD/HR professionals and corporate leaders. Monthly programs include time for networking and an expert speaking on relevant topics that range from leading edge concepts to tactical tools & techniques. Meetings are held the first Monday of each month (except on holidays) at a location posted on this website. No membership is required. There is a $10 fee payable at the door.
